Mason Cooks Dinner

As part of the boys' homeschooling, they are also going to begin preparing meals for the family. Morgan made tacos for us the other night (I forgot to take pictures), which were super yummy. Tonight was Mason's turn, and he chose to make us a lasagna!

He worked very hard and as you can tell from Morgan's expression below, it was quite a hit...

those of you who know Morgan well, know that he does NOT typically exude this amount of enthusiasm over anything.

Everyone thoroughly enjoyed it. The best part is that the recipe we used was a lot more simple than my lasagna recipe, so from now on, THIS is the one we'll make!
