Mom in the Treehouse!

Whenever we have guests with boys, there is usually a night or two spent in the treehouse.  Maddox never gets to participate, so I promised him that before the summer was over, I would sleep out there with him.  So I did!

Maddox took the fold-down bunk and I brought up a cot (I do require some level of comfort, you know!)

Maddox enjoyed it, but he did have some reservations about the noises he kept hearing... such as coyotes, elk, etc.  He kept asking if a bear could get in.  I assured him that Daddy built the treehouse good and strong, and eventually he went to sleep.  ...and I did, too.  Precious memory!
