Dinner Guests

It's always a joy to watch the wildlife that surrounds us up here in the mountains, but yesterday we got up close and personal!

These beautiful, big, floppy-eared deer were right outside Maddox's bedroom window, so we literally got a front row seat to watch them grazing. Even Kaspurr had to come check this out!

Maddox was quite upset that they were eating his "flowers" (aka: dandelions). I assured them they would grow back.

To prove how close we were, there was deer snot on the outside of the window!
